Healthy Living Master Class – Feb 2012
A great theme for the next Master Cooking Classes hosted by Gai & Bernard Blackley with son & Sydney Executive Chef, Nathan White in February 2012.
Nathan’s primary objective is for each of the Classes to celebrate the tantalizing flavours of a fine dining banquet while re-visiting and reinforcing the concepts of healthy living and living healthy.
Nathan will want to quickly dismiss the notion - healthy can only mean boring – and then work through a range of issues such as: low & high cholesterol foods; reduced salt products; fresh V frozen; natural V organic, high protein & low carbohydrate diets.
A student of Nutritional Medicine in Sydney, Nathan is keen to pass on the fruits of his studies and although he has yet to finalise the menu, he promises an impressive and remarkably healthy culinary experience. As with all Classes, each of the many courses will be matched with Blacklea wines. The Classes are interactive, lots of fun and participants get plenty of ‘hands on’ experience and a book containing all recipes.
