2008 SPARKLING SYNERGY A celebratory blend of three of the world’s greatest red varieties – Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. These create a ‘synergy’ which gives this wine a wonderful breadth of character. Secondary fermentation (tirage) in the bottle has accentuated the rich berry/cherry aroma and a delicate dryness/sweetness balance. |
FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Being lower in alcohol, it’s the perfect wine for warm sunny afternoons. It teams well with salty dishes and deep-fried foods or with lightly spiced oriental dishes including sushi and seafood. |
