VINCOTTO – LEMON

From our Semillon grapes which make a wine with delightful ‘lemony’ aroma and flavour. During the reduction process lemons  and lemon thyme is added imparting a delicious lemony/marmalade flavour. Serving Suggestion:
Delicious when used to deglaze the pan after cooking  fish. Add 2 fillets (skin side down) to a hot pan and cook turning once.  Deglaze the pan with half a cup of  Lemon Vincotto and drizzle over the top of the pan-fried fish.
