FOOD SUGGESTIONS: A lighter style of red wine, this spicy 2009 Rosé is an excellent aperitif with antipasto platters, roasted garlic tapenades and, of course, our own Blacklea Beetroot Relish. Being a light and fluffy wine, try it with light and fluffy pasta dishes. It’s a great accompaniment for poached pears (poached in our Verjuice) and topped with the Blacklea Fig Vincotto. |
