This is our second Sem/Sav Blanc and just like our first has turned out to be quite remarkable. Not only does it have a delightful lemon (from the Semillon) and passionfruit (from the Sav Blanc) aroma and flavour, it is low in alcohol (only 11%), low in calories and low in preservatives. In only a matter of months since its introduction, this “low calorie/low alcohol” wine has again developed almost a cult following! |
FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Fish in cream sauces and the clean and youthful freshness of this wine are made for each other. Semillon also has a special affinity with all things garlic, such as the Blacklea Roasted Garlic Tapenade. This wine is always featured and receives wide acclaim especially in our Thai Master Cooking Classes. |
