Mudgee Chardonnay is renowned for classic peach flavours tempting us to call this wine ‘Sparkling Peaches’. We resisted and simply called it Sparkling White. It is crisp, with low sugar and only a hint of sweetness and a satisfyingly dry finish. |
FOOD SUGGESTIONS: This Sparkling White is an excellent aperitif and is so versatile it goes with most dishes – salty dishes and deep fried foods as well lightly spiced Oriental dishes including sushi and seafood. Try serving with freshly poached peaches to capitalise on its wonderful aroma. |
