Dukkah Originally Moroccan, Dukkah was made from a wide variety herbs and spices. Its popularity in Australia is thought to be due to the substitution of a diverse range of fine Australian nuts. It has limited shelf life. Serving Suggestion:
Probably best known when served with bread and EVOO. Dukkah can be sprinkled over salads and is delightful when crusted over grilled Salmon.
